Be Your True Self

Diversity, equity, and inclusion

Diversity + Equity + Inclusion + Collaboration = Success

We strive to build an environment of equity and inclusion, which represents diverse points of view.

We believe the diversity of our workforce makes us stronger and reflects the global customers and communities we serve.

We welcome, value, promote, and celebrate diversity and the very experiences and attributes that make us who we are, including race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, gender identification, sexual orientation, level of ability, age, religion, veteran status, socio-economic status, and political philosophy.

A unique, collaborative environment

We encourage our employees to be their true selves and engage in open discourse on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Ours is a culture of compassion, inclusion, and open-mindedness.

We embrace collaboration within our workforce, our customers, our partners, and our communities. Working together, we can deliver best-in-class technology and create a world safe for the exchange of digital information.

Girls in Tech – global partnership

Recruiting, retaining, mentoring, and promoting women in cybersecurity

Globally, women in cybersecurity account for only 11% of the workforce. The time to close this gap is now. We need a multitude of thoughts, backgrounds, and perspectives to effectively combat cyber threats. That’s why we need you – the world needs you – to fill positions from entry-level to the C-suite.

Today, every industry is immersed in tech, requiring people of all skills and backgrounds. As we offer education and experiences to help more people discover and hone their unique superpowers, we strive to see every woman in tech accepted, confident, and valued.

Training the next generation of cybersecurity professionals

Preparing IT graduates for the future

Encouraging young talent to go further

This is a 10-week certificate program with potential for full-time employment after graduation. It aims to discover, inspire, and prepare recent computer science graduates to become the next generation of cybersecurity professionals in China, Japan, Brazil, Egypt, and the U.S. And we are working on including more countries soon.

Graduates have the practical, hands-on knowledge and skills required to take advantage of sales and systems engineering job opportunities with Trend Micro.

A chance for young adults to enter the cybersecurity field

Attracting untapped talent

This competitive 90-day internship is designed for young adults with little to no cybersecurity experience. By appealing to a diverse set of young minds, the initiative brings a variety of backgrounds to an established, mature industry.

The interns are exposed to sales, marketing, strategic partners, operations, and customer service management while receiving certifications in AWS and Salesforce. Select participants receive an employment offer from Trend Micro.

The Organization of American States (OAS) Cyberwomen Challenge – Latin America

Empowering Latin American women in cybersecurity to develop their skills

Trend Micro and the Organization of American States (OAS) aspire to empower women in security through inspirational, speaker-led workshops, peer panels, and networking sessions.

To fill the cybersecurity talent gap, the OAS Cyberwomen Challenge encourages women to enhance their cybersecurity knowledge and motivates them to pursue careers and even leadership positions in the industry.
